Return Policy

The product can only be returned in the following situations to our registered address within 7 days of the receipt of the parcel by you:

• If PD is broken or corrupted
• If Printed Copy of Notes are torn or mutilated badly
• If a wrong product is delivered to you by mistake

Please inform us immediately in such cases through email: tapovanca5@gmail.com. We will replace it as soon as possible, free of cost, after receiving the original parcel. Please note that you have to courier back the parcel at your own cost. Please send us the tracking ID of the returned parcel.

Refund Policy

We follow a no refund policy once a confirmed order is received and processed by us. You can opt for the return option if it meets the above-mentioned condition and in that case, we will replace the product. We request you to choose the correct product and option from our website before placing an order to avoid future disputes.

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

What are the shipping charges?

Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping charges depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and are mentioned clearly on the product page. Also, prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from the Tapovan Institute of CA’s warehouse.
